There's nothing wrong with the 2nd definition, the only difference between it and the first is that HCQ can be considered a vaccine under the second but not the first. Fauci wrote a paper saying HCQ acted as a vaccine for sars cov 1.

The third definition only came about because people were pointing out that these vaccines weren't vaccines because no immunity was given. Many here and PDW forgot about this, took the bait, and now focus on "breakthrough" infections. It's a distraction from the vaxx injuries.
