Fuckery was afoot as soon as the definition became circular. Because then vaccines and vaccinations are both meaningless concepts.

pre-2015 is perfect. But after that?

Vaccination - putting a vaccine in somebody.
Vaccine - what is put into somebody during a vaccination.

Meaningless. And the intent is to make it meaningless to cover any random nonsense that was not a vaccine.
