Can't one of these youtubers sue over this? Where in Youtubes policy does it say this is a violation?
We need to brainstorm creative ways to deal with what's happening to us. If there is nothing in Youtubes policy that clearly indicates this conduct is a violation, then saying publicly that someone violated their TOS when it wasn't actually true would be slander, wouldn't it?
