Soooo very interesting!!!! My freakin video is deleted! i went to view it and the image is just a solid light blue screen with audio only....fbi hard at work I am sure!!!

The prick in the photo was very proud that he scaled the wall outside the Capitol but was very camera shy...and that is why a snapped a screen pic from the video. Shady character for sure!
