This is the first time I am seeing the whole video. Someone says "Fuck with me" and then I hear the first shot off from the left at 3:35. Then Rosenbaum catches up to Kyle and says "Fuck You" at 3:37 (Does not sound like the same person that said Fuck with me). Between 3:38 and 3:39, you hear Kyles 4 shots in quick succession. Then as Kyle runs around the front of the cars, I hear 3 more shots from the left between 3:41 and 3:42. (Two quick shots, small pause and then another shot) I have not heard any mention of those shots. Was the person that fired first shooting at Kyle at the end? It sounds like the same gun and from the same general area.
I think he may have fired those rounds to scare off anyone coming towards him. Rosenbaum was already down, so I don't think it was for him. The first shot you hear was fired from the guy to the right of Rosenbaum. That led Kyle to believe he was in grave danger.
