OF COURSE IT IS...That is what this process with the mask wearing and rna/dna manipulator...not a vaccine...even William Cooper wrote about this back in the 70s, said John Rhodes AZ was a signer to the $$ for the creation of a disease/virus that would fuck up the immune system.
