Apparently you’ve not been following the story or watching the trial. It was not his firearm. It was his friends. But yes his friend should Have his firearm returned
didn't this 'friend' testify that Kyle took the rifle without permission somehow? I've not followed the trial too closely but I remember someone reporting that beginning of last week.
I believe they were both their together - things got squirrely-and when they split up - Kyle had the AR.
