First, let me preface that my daughter (16) and my husband and I all got covid at about the same time. We all have autoimmune issues and my husband and I are overweight. My husband is also a smoker. The doomers would say we would die. We did not (and will not) get the vax. My daughter was better in 4 days just by taking the paste and vitamins. I took about 2 weeks. My husband is 3 weeks in now, but just got his medicine (more on that below). We believe the paste kept him from getting worse during that time.
Tip #1- Get yourself an ample supply of ivermectin horse paste. Just go to Amazon or Chewy.com and buy some. You shouldn't have to pay more than $7 each. We bought 10, and used up about 6 of those babies through prophylactic use as well as doubling down when we had the covid. You cannot overdose on it and it has no side effects whatsoever. If you are concerned it will interact with your other meds... I highly doubt it. My husband is on every medication known to man and was still able to take them all with zeros side effects. Take a 'child's toothpaste' amount (or one notch for every 50 lbs of weight) every day if you have covid , every other day if you've been exposed. Feel free to take it twice a day for a bad case. You can stop at 5 days if you feel better or continue taking until all symptoms subside. We all had 'whistles' in our chest by day 2. But, that went away after day 4 on the horse paste. After the first few days I was able to eat the paste by simply putting it on the back of my tongue. But, if you don't like the taste just mix it with jelly and put it on toast. (My daughter never even knew she was taking it).
Tip #2- Take at least 250mg daily zinc with quercetin, 5000 i.u Vit D, and loads of vitamin C (at least 1000mg per day) preferably before you get exposed to covid, but certainly as soon as you know you've been exposed.
Tip #3-Call Frontline doctors and get a prescription. It will cost you $90.00 for the telemed call. (better yet, call and get this going now...I'll explain why in a sec) When you order through your telemed call online, you will go through a series of questions on your symptoms, your list of medications and allergies. At the end is a comments section... ASK FOR ANTIBIOTICS and IVERMECTIN OR HCQ. The last thing they will have you do is choose a pharmacy from their list of pharmacies (more on that later). https://www.priceline.com/cart/checkout/rc/express/A-SFB~A-SFB~71.43~1185.38~AV-HZ-NA~refCode-11-75556cba-789b-41dc-87a0-1633b8106a1f~17d2584dcde~20211209T21:30~20211221T06:00~FFAR~USD~T1*9892bc43209085b06d15d05de69f1f22?couponCode=GRP15CrNOV¤cyCode=USD&id=FFAR-O-SFB-SFB-T1&isOpaque=true&totalPrice=1185.38&vehicleCode=FFAR&driverAge=25&vrid=f071e301f567b2c96e924d0e9cbbb8f5
Tip #4- Once you get your script (as Frontline Doctors WILL call you back within 24 hours, especially if you have tested positive).. they will call in your script to the pharmacy that you chose from the list.
Tip #5- The pharmacy is where everything STALLS. My husband did not get his medication until THREE WEEKS later. My brother, though, had been through this song and dance and he suggested I try TRANSFERRING my prescription to an ivermectin friendly pharmacy. I did. This call was EASY and I received my meds within a week. (My husband didn't do this because his had already 'shipped' and it was too late. I called Frontline a good week later thinking I could do without the meds.. but when my fever returned, I knew I needed the meds asap and I had since spoken with my brother and listened to his advice.)
Tip #6- If you don't know of an ivermectin-friendly pharmacy, use BEAKER Pharmacy out of McKinney, TX. They ship it for $5.00 the next day. This will also save you tons of money on ivermectin. The first pharmacy (that I had to choose from the Frontline Doctors website) was called "American Pharmacy". They tried to charge me $350.00 for the ivermectin. I knew I could do better and get it faster, which is why I chose to transfer my prescription. I spent under $100.00 for both the ivermectin and an antibiotic (zpack) by transferring it. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE YOUR INSURANCE, so just forget that.
Tip #7-Make sure to have some antibiotics on hand before you get covid (if possible) or get Frontline Doctors to prescribe some (they will). This virus often turns bacterial with infections. I believe I had a sinus infection as my fever returned on day seven. My husband was prescribed HCQ. Within 2 days of starting on that, he's feeling 80% better.
Tip #8-Get plenty of rest. This virus takes a long time to get over, less if you have the medication in hand that you can start right away. Plan on being out of commission two weeks or more. You WILL BE TIRED!
Tip #9- Do not hesitate to start your meds and vitamins RIGHT AWAY. The sooner the better to keep on top of it and ahead of it.
Tip #10- Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of tea, orange juice, water.
Lastly, PRAY! God is with us and is the great healer!
True, except this particular virus was/is a man-made bioweapon. I personally know far too many that have landed in the hospital and succumbed to the 'protocol'. For whatever reason, it seems to last long, and hit some people hard. Most of the people I know have been relatively healthy people that really struggled. My hope is just to help someone out who might find themselves having a harder than expected time getting better.
What do you consider “relatively healthy”?
Not trying to be difficult here, BUT, How do you know you got ‘covid’ if there is NO test that’s able to specifically detect the SARS-Cov2 virus?
I came to write the same thing. I honestly don’t trust anyone who says they got a pos/neg test since the tests themselves are garbage. HOW are you SURE it was covid and not some mutated version of a virus already in circulation?
I recommend the following: is you get sick, just follow what was outlined above. The protocol described is likely going to be effective against multiple forms of seasonal illness. So instead of thinking this as a response to Covid, just think of it as a response to getting sick.
I suspect that Covid is no to much more than a modified form of the flu; hence the hidden flu number from 2020-2021 season. The purpose of the Covid label is to sell/coerce/scare people into getting the jabs. Avoid the jab, use the protocol above if you get sick, and stay well out there.
I have my own holistic remedies that have kept my body at the ready to fight anything I may come in contact with. I haven’t been sick since Nov 2019 and I’m not gonna stop what I’m doing now. Those who have poor health already (overweight, live off filler-foods, on multiple meds) need to watch out for themselves as they have a higher risk than those of us who have been stewarding our own healthcare longer than this scamdemic has been going on.
One suggestion thats not covid-specific but more of a general health and wellness type one, is to add daily vit c+ a multivitamin/mineral supplement to your daily intake. A lot of other things that are probably also good depending on your diet and lifestyle.. if you know you are iron deficient for example. turmeric is always good, fish oil is good, magnesium is good for cramps, vit-d3 in the months where you might not be getting much sunlight if its snowy where you are.. all that. There are good anti-cold/anti-flu ones with like garlic, vit-c, zinc, echinacea all in one.. great to bring those ones out if you feel that scratchy sore throat is a sign of things to come. chilli is great too if you dont mind the burn.
Staying ahead of the bugs in the first place is better than trying to pull ahead when they are doing a number on you.
Great post and wonderful to hear that you are all doing well!
FIRSTLY, PRAY. Yes He is.
And 250 mg zinc? are you sure bc that is a lot
And thanks for sharing, glad you all are better!
Right? Wondering if 'Zinc with Quercetin' is the clue - a blended pill? Probably a small amount of Zinc in the combo pill.
Yeah good point maybe its with the quercetin, that would make more sense
Exactly right!
You can’t know for sure you have Covid, even if Covid is for real. But the protocol works for cold and flu too. Follow the Zelenko protocol or FLCCC (I-Mask) protocol for doses.
Covid does not exist we are dealing with people who have superstitious beliefs that date from the middle ages where they believe dirt caused disease people literally stil believe viruses are alive and contagious just because they got programmed by hollywood virus movies https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Odj1IwJA8Cs
People on this board(the non actual shills) all day will promote taking poisons for something that doesnt exist they cant understand that supplements as well are all a scam because they are chemically or heat extracted. Kodak sold film development fluid as vitamin e because it was molecular similarity and most supplements today are produced and marketed in similar ways. there is no such thing as organic supplements the only key to health is eating raw meat there is nothing complicated in life.

AllDayChemist in India has ivermectin tabs and azithromycin (Z-pak). You do not need a prescription. You can order on line or via phone (California phone number). If ordering on line you need to go through pay pal or check (Routed through Georgia). It takes 5-7 days for the check transfer. Order is shipped within 2 days. Here is where it becomes frustrating. AllDayChemist provides a routing number. It took about 10 days to get to Germany and be entered as arrived by DHL shipping. After that there is no response to the tracking or any request regarding tracking. AllDayChemist is pretty responsive and does answer tracking questions, but really doesn’t help other than say you should receive tracking in 2-4 days. They lodged a complaint re. tracking with DHL, for all the good that did. I received tracking from DHL once the packaged arrived in the U.S., but then no further tracking again. USPS delivers to the final destination. It took 4 weeks, so begin the process now, while you don’t need it. You can choose the number of tablets you want. I got 100 ivermectin and 60 of Azithromycin because a friend and I split the amount and cost. It was $256.53 for the above quantity. You can buy 30 tablets of ivermectin as the smallest amount and I think 10 or 25 tabs of the antibiotic. I recommend you buy both. Shipping cost is minimal. It comes discretely, well packaged. This was my first time with them so the delay made me worry it was a scam, but there had been positive reviews. Expect the process to take a minimum of 3 weeks. AllDayChemist was spot on with the arrival date. My husband had also had a Frontline Doctor Consult. The ivermectin alone was $250 for a smaller number of tabs, no antibiotics (not given as an option because it was prophylactic prescription) + $90 consult. The doctor was very knowledgeable and did a through history via zoom call; you also filled out a questionnaire. Meds took about 5-7 days from Texas. A word of caution, if you have kidney disease Frontline Doctors do not prescribe hydrochloroquine, it is bad for your kidneys. Ivermectin is okay. I am not a doctor, so do your own research. If you have comorbidities, go through Frontline Doctors for your health. You can always get extra the other way. Keep in mind Frontline Doctor's are putting their licenses on the line and often need to legally defend themselves against various government entities, hence the cost.
I guess it's a typo, but 1000mg (milligram) of vitamin D is way overboard: 4000 i.u.(international units) is 100 mcg ( microgram) , which is 1000x smaller than mg. One big bolus dose could be around 40,000 i.u., or 1 mg a day for a week. Regular maintenance dose of vitamin D is around 5,000 i.u., or 125 mcg, or if you prefer 0,125 mg, a day, or up to 8,000 i.u., or 200 mcg, a day if one is overweight ('cause harder time metabolizing vit. D). 1,000 mg is 40 million i.u.(!!!), which is way too much.
Thanks, I think I fixed it.
That you did :-) . You had me worried there for a while.
Dr. Zelenko's preventative protocol for zinc says 25 mg a day. 50 mg a day for 7 days if you are exposed to or have covid. It seems 250 mg is too much, unless that was a typo?
I only addressed the elephant in the room that was, before being corrected, the 1,000 mg vitamin D recommendation. As for zinc, the dosage here refers not to preventative mesures, but to infection combating amounts. Nevertheless, whenever supplementing with zinc, one should ALWAYS accompany it with a sufficient amount of copper, as both zinc and copper compete for absorption as they use the same channel for uptake in our bodies. Copper is essential for the immune system and one can develop a carence if taking a lot of zinc. Cheers!
Good for you!
I would like to amend your list with position ~0: For the knowledge of Covid-19 is with the claim of Covid= FLU.
You have to realize first that covid is nothing more than a garbled -together set of clinically known signs of dis-ease. And since the PCR test cannot distinguish between covid and FLU it is a safe bet to instead of incorporating their narrative into our vernacular, we should simply call it what it is: FLU, maybe: CCP-flu.
I finally met up with my son for lunch yesterday. He and gf both had covid 3 weeks ago and I was shocked at his appearance. Significant weight loss; pale and drawn. I've been researching post covid protocols but not finding much info. Any links would be appreciated. She has lost sense of taste/smell. Raheem Kassam who has had 2 bouts of Covid mentioned this has happened to him and will be doing a podcast later today on what helped him; but with all is research it still came down to trial and error. I am assembling my emergency Covid kit, but it was too late to help my son. Be Prepared!

Thank you so much; will bookmark. I had no idea extreme weight loss occured. Said he's feeling better; energy better. Baby steps, I guess
Have him call Frontline Doctors. They will know how to help him. I wouldn't be surprised if they still recommended HCQ or Ivermectin plus antibiotics. He also needs his vitamins!
Thanks for the idea. I preach the Zelenko protocol. Not sure it's taken seriously until it's too late
time to wake up.
