After 20 years with my firm (a big Financial Institution) I told them that they can "shove it" with their vax mandate and I'm retiring effective Dec 31. My boss thinks I'm nuts and he spent the rest of the day trying to pull me back into the Matrix by "enticing" me to stay. Didn't work. I told him that i can no longer work for a company that is taking a tyrannical approach to these vaccines and that those in management who chose to enforce these "mandates" chose poorly and will end up on the wrong side of history.(I believe that resonated with my boss but in the end, he still thinks I'm nuts!). Now that I have no job I plan on becoming a full time red-piller...wish me luck!
A good by product of this is that I have much greater control of my 401k after I leave the firm. Thinking of moving a portion to a precious metals IRA - any thoughts on that? Any other suggestions?
Precious Metals all the way. There is urgency in many that I admire and the bells are ringing big time. Get in ASAP and buy your pms where you can take possession immediately. Find a good bullion dealer nearby and take a trip and leave with your metals in your procession. Remember. This is not a time to be looking for a good return, but use the metals as a hedge against inflation. When SHTF you will be in a position to get thru to the other side. This is Lynette Zang. Pulls no punches and will tell you things are dire. https://youtu.be/K_hHXtzWd9s
Here’s a current one, but there are a heap more. https://youtu.be/lg_SstZZM1Y

And another. Found that forums give a good analysis. https://youtu.be/lg_SstZZM1Y
Do not buy PAPER SILVER. For every 1oz of silver sold, there could be 100 ‘owners’. Imagine trying to get your silver when you have that many people wanting your/their silver.
Please don’t delay!! And do not advertise what you are doing, even to family and good friends. You wouldn’t tell them you had $20.000 in cash under your mattress, same here. Good luck and all the best in your retirement.
PS. We retired about 12 months ago and while we have plans, Covid curtailed a lot of this. Years ago I had an online shop on eBay. I’ve picked that back up - nothing to do with getting extra money, but to keep busy. Thrifting and yard sales have been something we both are enjoying. More vintage things and hubby is an avid reader and our daughter showed hubby how to find out via barcode what the book is worth. He’s sold!! So funny watching him running around finding out the price of books. 😀
Very helpful fren! I've been following Lynette for a while now and yes, Paper sliver is out. Also sounds like a PM IRA (which is physical pm's held at a depository) isn't a good idea either since you physically don't control it. Thanks for the info and good luck with your retirement!!
