Not sure where else to post this: Friend of a friend’s husband has been on a ventilator for two weeks... is there hope? Just found out today.

Is there anything that can be done? The doctors said today that all hope is lost. She’s praying for a miracle. Any advice or experience would be appreciated.

Don't give up hope! My brother had the H1N1 and they vented him. He was on it for a MONTH and we all prayed for him. He recovered and he's doing great today. It was a miracle. I'll get my fam to pray for him.
