They are going to argue defense was just tech stupid and downloaded the preview instead of the full resolution file - rumor I heard on rekieta law stream.

It's showing on YT the defense asks for a Mistrial without prejudice! According to, FOX, ABC etc.! Why wouldn't they ask for Mistrial with Prejudice?

I know nothing about this stuff but I am beginning to wonder if they know more then what we know... like sounds pretty stupid to not ask for mistrial with prejudice... maybe they have more evidence of corruption by the State or even larger then that? ... and it's so big that they are not worried to do this whole thing over...
