Yep..thats what they do! In uk gates paid out nearly one billion dollars to grease the wheels of regulatory bodies and panels and sage advisory etc. UK regulator attended a secret meeting with WHO and gates Foundation before...before she was interviewed for the job as Mhra regulator. She admitted to taking. Money from gates. I wrote her about it. I also did whistleblower report and wrote parliament MPs NHS whistleblower websites. Etc etc.
