Not just decide.. but pay the price or gain the reward of that decision... and if you look at Florida.. I cant count the number of times he had to go through the process of overturning or blocking some school defying mandates.. this takes time and money.. why not just employ an army of pissed off parents do the work?.. at least this is my guess i dont know.. and as ive said.. if it is the plan.. how bout expliaining it a bit before the mob turns on him..
