Fucking heart broken here pedes, my brother is autistic but he works so hard and is so responsible he bought his first car cash could put a down payment on a decent house any day and he is barely 21 years old, he doesn't understand why he has to lose his job but I'll be fucking damned they injure that guy again. Has 2 weeks to decide.
Fucking animals, he's such a good boi, he is the pride of the family, he'll be alright but it's so fucking unfair, he likes the fucking job and has been at it for years. He knows it's not right for them to force him he understands, but he is absolutely stressed out losing his hard work and having his loyalty betrayed you can tell. I told him it's a tough decision, he says yup, one tough mfer.
Yeah he knows we only have his best interest in mind, but he repeated back the words they told him "People at the hospital have to get the vax". So they are absolutely trying to convince him.
He will stand strong, but that was him pushing back a little to us telling him not to get the vaxx, and to NEVER quit, it's a tough decision.
"...he repeated back the words they told him "People at the hospital have to get the vax". So they are absolutely trying to convince him."
They should know better not to take advantage of him like this. This isn't a choice. This is coercion.
How much you wanna bet your brother fulfills some sort of quota in regards to their hiring practices? They're probably worried that having to let him go will make their numbers look bad to corporate.
I really hope so, just found out about half the staff refusing so it might be a big bluff like I heard has happened to other pedes.
But they should know better than to take advantage of his innocence and loyalty, I wish they knew how much stress this causes him. But he's really tough, he gets by with his impediments like nothing, never stops, never complains EVER, he will come out stronger and more confident no matter what.
We've been preparing for this, he might be able to work at the family business, maybe even start his own, but we where so happy that he was doing his own thing and thriving.
Maybe this is a good thing, let it be God's will
Your brother sounds like an amazing dude. I wish him the best, fren.
truly inspiring, he's my younger brother and wish I was more like him, and I'm supposedly "normal"
God is so good.
Will for sure give an update when the day comes
BTW, keep us posted.
His manager called the mandate got taken away so he is keeping his job, thx for prayers
