I’m sure it is part of her contract to resign at the appointed time. Nobody is scrambling about at all. This is all part of a carefully laid out plan. They will replace her with the next president as they will shortly thereafter do a 25th on sleepy Joe moving her (the new VP) into his slot. At this point I don’t have a clue who they have in mind for the final VP after all this takes place.
