Prince Charles becomes King, but he's 72 and might not want to. I'm not sure how popular Charles is, so he might abdicate and it could go to Prince William who is 38.
She has the power to declare war on any country she wants at any time for any reason. At least that's what I learned at some point. She might not have used it in 8 decades or however long she has been in power, but her successor might not have that kind of restraint.

She also has the ability to call off any investigation by the state into any affair. Doesn't get much more powerful than that.
