I officially signed and submitted the official complaint against my previous employer for discrimination with the EEOC. I applied for religious exemption for the vax, but it was denied over the summer. I lost my job early this fall. I won’t lie and say I’m not scared. I have my full trust in God and will be leaning on Him the whole time. I don’t expect much from the legal pursuit , but I refuse to sit silently as they dictate to me and other employees what is “religious vs. political in nature”. Please Father, bring proper judgement and justice, In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Read EEOC chapter 12 (https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/section-12-religious-discrimination) and use wording conforming to that, and keep it all about his sincerely held beliefs (and not, for instance, because your particular denomination's leaders say X or Y, because then it's about someone else's conscience).
Yes, this, and try not to base it on scripture because for some reason the ptb do not like that and will reject said religious exemption. Speak of your own beliefs only.
Thanks. He wasn't planning on expounding on it. Company is so liberal the only religious exemption they will accept is probably the muslims.
