I'm seeing bits here and there about the purchase of a smallpox medicine reserve and suggestive statements from Gates etc.
If this is true it's not bad to get on top of it.

Purple pitcher plant extract and hot baths every few hours in the rash part to try to avoid boils.
Edit: I'm not too worried about this one. Running water and indoor bathrooms helped a lot.
All hygiene helped with all those contagious diseases. I wonder if they even can engineer it.
