So blessed that I don't live in a big city and have to deal with this BS. I thank God everyday for that. I do have family that live in big cities though, so I feel for them, and pray for them all the time. But they think I am just a crazy conspiracy theorist, so I guess they don't mind putting up with all of this BS.

This is not the norm. My guess is Houston health dept wanted to target residents for education (aka manipulation). They weren't asking for proof just a yay or nay. Or no comment
