Looking at the very odd source of the video, a company called Urban Air that closed down a couple weeks after the riot. Is Urban air essentially a shell company to get the evidence into court without admitting federal involvement?
Then Sour Kraus gives up that the original video got air dropped to a Detective and that they could have easily found out where it came from if they wanted to.
I'm not sure the defense or the prosecution is really trying to win this case.
Littlebingers repeated violation of Kyles right to remain silent seemed like an attempt to incite a mistrial. The Judge even commented that he didn't believe it was an accident. He could have phrased the same question in another way, like...
