With the whole goal of turning the human race into a Borg like entity. Birthing pods -- neutering the human race for selective breeding and artificial growing (think matrix). Except you have no genitalia because your artificially grown.

Sleeper agents working for the DS and aforementioned evil forces.

Metropolis 1929 and the machine man, along with Moloch -- we know this plan at least dates back 100 years in the past -- possibly much further.

Reptilians a fallen race, agents of the DS -- shapeshifters using technology to fell other races like ours to this DOOM, Borg like entitiy.
