Zero. They will investigate if Kyle violated anyone's civil rights when he exercised his 2nd amendment right to bear arms while defending himself from death or great bodily harm... They did the same thing with Darren Wilson after a grand jury failed to indict him in the Michael Brown shooting. Time will tell if the DOJ has the balls to charge Kyle in the face of the available evidence.
