Trial balloon. This is the fourth or fifth mention of Smallpox after Gates made his video saying $Billions need spent on spallpox vaccine because he fears terrorists will use it as a bioweapon. In other words, DS has been planning it, the CDC has bought a large amount of Smallpox vaccine, vials were supposedly found, now vials were supposedly mislabeled. This is the next volley in the vaxx wars.
