He’s had hand tremors for quite a while. There was a lot of discussion about Parkinson’s and gait when he fell up AF1 steps. But you start paying attention to his gait on any of his “walking” appearances and you’ll see Parkinson’s. I’d say at least stage 2, probably 3 if he didn’t know he was being recorded/in a natural setting.
