California is an expensive sh*thole. There are droughts and fires. Housing is beyond reachable for many people.
New York City has been destroyed by the liberals. So have all the small towns.
People have left both states in droves, and I say they were destroyed by design. It’s not a coincidence. The Deep State wants everyone out of both places.
But how convenient there were two “free states” for them to run to, with two conservative governors.

Some of it I think is just a real estate scam, they make it impossible to run a business, the property gets sold off cheap, or the city comes in and steals it cheap, then at some point they actually fix some of the problems, and the real estate is now suddenly worth money again
