Yeah I call total bullshit. There is no way the entire Sub fleet will be announced as on Stand-Down so they can all learn how to not run into stationary objects in the ocean.. lol if anyone believes this I have some ocean front property in Kentucky to sell you.
They force wide safety standowns. Doesn't mean they are not on station, watching and armed to the teeth. It means a little less free time and a little more formal safety training. Navy gray underway.
