I had gone to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel page to see what happened, and there was an early video of the BLM gentleman with the gray shaven narrow beard talking to someone in a vehicle. They have since taken the video down. Apparently shots may have been fired as well,

Not an accident, was deliberate, driver was a black man with dreads (according to a Kentucky news station)
