5 years ago I can guarantee you these .win sites would've been shut down, especially with the traffic they are getting. There are definitely white hats at work keeping the feds from shutting this down. Obama went completely ape shit during his administration shutting down websites. It started with the torrent sites and the feds straight up sending threats to the owners and forcing them to shut down despite being in other countries and violating no laws. Then they went after places like 4chan and forced Chris Poole to sell using copyright lawsuits to scare him to sell it for pennies to a questionable buyer (Hiro). A bunch of blogs were nuked. I remember truecrypt was nuked under very, very questionable and suspicious circumstances (they recommended bitlocker by Microsoft!!). This site seems to live on and isn't moderated by complete idiots. I really hope it lasts! Our last hope really is the TOR network, and blockchain based web hosting, but luckily we haven't had to resort doing that yet. Gab seems to also be on a level and steady track, despite the DDOSing and lack of any reliance on the corporate tech oligarchies.
