I suspect the mRNA part triggers genetic predispostions in family geonomes. The most obvious being heart disease, and Bells Palsy.. seeing more odd things, too..

partially right. its the spike proteins cause blood restriction throughout the bloodstream. depends on the person/genomes where that weakpoint manifests first
