My wife is Ukrainian and her mom talked to her this evening and said it is getting real bad close to all the ports. Ironically it only started to get bad after Obama was president, everything slowed down during Trump and started again with Biden. Any thoughts?

The dad is to sick to travel and they are on lockdown. Her mom does have a US green card!
