i mean, it's at least possible some of these countries gave out saline to not tip off the deepstate and to keep their citizens from panicking over the "pandemic" idk just thinking out loud

It could be possible but I doubt they are cracking every vial they get from phizer and figuring out the contents... seen VERY few people even trying to identify whats in the shit.
