Other wise flushing ur body of vital nutrients, diluting ur stomach acid and the opportunity cost of having had filled ur stomach with anything else besides nutrientless water. The elite want you ideally eating only fiber and drinking water and say thats healthy all it does it make you lose weight like crazy which is exactly what they want you become too weak and die. Drinking water makes you weaker because its totally useless flushes your minerals and takes away from nutrients you could be consuming and eating indigestible fiber makes you burn fat like crazy in the attempt to push the indigestible matter through your entire system pointlessly with bearly anything to show for it.
