I am one of a handful out of 3000 employees who refuse the jab. I am on the database team. There are three of us on the team and we are all in that unvaxed handful. lol! Our boss hates us sooooo bad. Almost all of the rest of IT avoids us like we are shedding the plague but everyone kinda still kisses our asses a bit when they have to deal with us because if we go the company pretty much shuts down.
Further they know they can't replace us because we have been short staffed for two years now and can't find anyone who will or can do the work and defiantly not at what we are starting them at nowdays! :D
The hate is telling. Why take advice on health or even worse, demands about your health from people who hate you? Surely their intent can only be to harm.
I guess its how junkies and addicts feel about healthy normal people without that monkey on their back. Spite, hate, envy, shame at being too weak, fury at the health of others while your own is deteriorating..
I dont know that a solid DB team can keep a company functional while the rest of the staff are slowly dying, but ride that horse into the ground for as long as it takes I guess. You will only have open doors when the time comes to go looking elsewhere.

You've got the same kind of position I do. Very few at my place that could do maybe 5% of my job. They won't mess around. I'm the only one. :)
