From what ai have read, Roberts obtained his children from a baby farm in South America because Wales do not adopt to other countries, a John of God type breeding faculty, the woman are captive breeders for wealthy couples. Why would he be adopting Welsh children in South America? Bred to order infants for the the controlling class.
