I don’t think there is much of a case against biden. He said stuff about Kyle before he was installed in the oblong office so he can be sued, I just don’t think there is much chance of winning based on the facts of the case (as far as I know them), and that’s not counting any legal shenanigans. Kyle and his family would have been much better off going after the easier, low hanging fruit cases first like Sandman did to build up a war chest to make it easier to go after the harder cases later.
