Don't put the test in your nose (or anywhere in your body). If a significant number of people are going to be subjected to this, we should find a way to subvert it.

For instance, how does someone who would fail a urine drug test pass one? They introduce a substance that isn't their urine (usually someone else's urine kept at correct temperature). There are measures in place to try and keep the subversion from happening, like temperature tests, time limits, privacy limits, etc.

What are the PCR tests expecting to be there, what would tip off the test reader that you didn't take the test, and what can you introduce to give a Negative?
