I'm guessing it's some sort of comms she saying she's hoping people are hearing the message loud and clear.

I couldn't stand looking at her beyond that but I think her outfit and what she saying are coms they are above my capability to interpret them right now.

Edited because talk to text is sometimes a pain in the butt.
