I don’t read much about Devolution but it does feel that we are in the middle of a political devolution. It wouldn’t surprise me if in ten years we don’t even have a president anymore and have more state powers to change each state on how the citizens want it. If they can fix the elections where you need to use your thumb print or whatever to vote I’d love to see the people vote on every important policy in each state.
