Go to the physicians desk reference. It will guide you. Also, if you search ivermectin dose or ivermectin anything, almost all of the sites have about he same dosage. I believe 118 lbs. would be 12 mg. but double check.
We are on our second week and feel terrific. One of the best (unexpected) good things happening is sinus problems leaving completely.
