I think that compensation level is definitely a factor. Most lift truck operators, case pickers, material handler types that I know are are very based. It’s when you get to management level that you see them start to fold. Probably because they have a higher personal debt level to worry about.
This is pretty close to what I've seen, management folds immediately. The lower level guys take a few rounds of convincing and "talks." It's really fucked up.
