Don't they still have a shitload of IRA guys sitting around? I mean those guys are probably getting pretty long in the tooth at this point but there's nothing saying that they can't recruit younger fighters and train them.

They keep splintering & I think they got into community policing & drug running etc. Sinn Fein is the Republican political Party & they are supposedly in opposition, but they are totally pro-EU so not really nationalist any more IMO. Some of their politicians speak out well, but it’s really only a handful of independent that are speaking up about Covid & those laws & restrictions.
