It wasn’t really about changing anything. Who said I had to change anything? It was about me not wanting to work with someone that acts like a Karen. And since you apparently think you have to be petty towards someone in order to win, I wasted her time and money to train me. Now she has to waste more time and money to train someone else. She wasn’t worth my time. She is what she is. A law suit and a battle in court isn’t gonna change her. So it’s not gonna do anything for me but waste my time. I’ll just go somewhere else. AND she wasn’t mandating the vaccine. I couldn’t have made her jump through hoops with the exemption stuff because there’s nothing to exempt me from. I don’t want to draw unemployment because for me and my situation, it’s just more trouble than it’s worth. And I also didn’t want to wait on her to fire me. I refuse to work under someone like that.
