Agreed and sadly, one of the most important lessons in life has become not to expect gratitude from doing anyone a favor. It's safer to assume people to either spit in your face or just walk away because that'll likely happen a lot more often than anyone saying thank you.
Agree, and for this reason I've become extremely judicious about who I do favors for.
Perhaps it's you who are mistaken and you'll agree with me in a few years when you're a little older and more experienced?
I recommend trying to keep an open mind rather than preaching to others as if you have nothing surprising left to learn.
I'm happy to listen to your experience and I did, however it was you who dismissed my opinions and started preaching as if you are an authority. As if your opinions are so righteous and omniscient and infallible that they invalidate everyone else.
You have confused offering your personal opinion with lecturing others about how their life experience is wrong because your subjective opinions are objectively universal law.
I correct your arrogant mistake.
You are welcome.
