Why are Jan 6 patriots rotting in jail and no big names are helping like Trump, Flynn, etc?

I know a lot are probably BLM or Antifa, but it sounds like there are a good number of innocent patriots. Why have they let this drag on a year and. I one is upset and protesting?

Sadly, this seems to be a situation where the rotten apples spoil things for the whole basket. Seems to be essential to a False Flag. Optics.
