Why are Jan 6 patriots rotting in jail and no big names are helping like Trump, Flynn, etc?

I know a lot are probably BLM or Antifa, but it sounds like there are a good number of innocent patriots. Why have they let this drag on a year and. I one is upset and protesting?

Guess so but it makes me sick to my stomach that good people are suffering and we have no high profile advocates to help.
