I'd love to know which Roosevelt he was referring to. Big difference between FDR and Teddy.

Edit. FDR. He and Churchill were in bed together to ensure that WW2 was as bad as it was. MJ got that one wrong. Teddy was more or less a better Roosevelt in my opinion.
