My Father-in-Law mentioned to me today that he's been unable to find shotgun shells anywhere in canada. He's spoken to vendors and tried online but gets the same answer from everyone. Is anyone else seeing this, or is he just not looking in the right place? If this is true then this seems a little troubling.

Northern BC, our shelves never emptied of any caliber. They're lower than ever, but still stocked and more costly than gold.
Is the scarcity due to buying pressure or low supply?
A couple of things contributed. With the first run on ammo, the shelves got super low, but as they were starting to restock one of the major carriers/ delivery companies for whatever reason no longer do chain of custody and therefore lost the contract. Then there was a surge of newly licensed gun owners that were finally processed. Then it was hunting season lol
Thanks for that info.
Very welcome :)
They tried that bullshit here in the States. They go for the guns, then when that fails they go for the ammo. Specifically lead and brass manufacturers.
Reloading is a skill that I do not have but my FIL does. I think I need to spend a day or two learning from him.
Are you surprised? They already took most of the guns, of course they must also take your ammo!
Buy it cheap and stack it deep.
Now you understand?
My husband has the same problem, he is suggesting firearmsoutlet.com
Yes it is scary, he is trying to convince me to let him buy another gun as he is freaked out.
Adding - he is checking now and they have stock
And the answer to ‘how many guns is enough?’...
Is always...
‘Just one more.’
Keep that in mind.
That link doesn't work. Could he mean firearmsoutletcanada.com ?
Ammo is starting to come back more here in states ! Anyways was henlok8nf for buck shot? That seems to be hardest and most expensive now.
But prices are still double what they should be.
Ammoseek.com will find you what you need.
