Agreed. It also changes in part because of the chemtrails. Back in the Viet Nam era they were manipulating weather. And I am of the suspicion that they use directed energy weapons to cause things like 'fire-natoes' and monster sized hurricanes.
Weather manipulation goes back to the Bible days.

Nothing new under the Sun! No idea why people think it can't exist. From my basic understanding it wouldn't be difficult in the slightest, just requiring lots of effort.
They used to use parabolic mirrors on ships to burn other ships and I would not be surprised if it isn't something similar today.
