Sure he’s animated and says some outlandish things. But if he really was Mossad or some sort of plant I feel like he wouldn’t be alive to talk about such things or be able to expose the plan in this way. And now that he’s been proven right all along? What makes people believe he’s Mossad?

I think the idea is that people like him are gate keepers or pied pipers. As gatekeepers they gain the trust of their followers and these followers may then reach out to them with information. The people that reach out with information are then flagged and potentially silenced or steered in a wrong direction.
Another thing is as pied pipers the amass a large amount of followers and then lead them off a cliff either by making them seem like crazy conspiracy theorists and fringe people, or by turning direction at the last moment. Like disavowing Q at a crucial juncture; turning many followers who would otherwise investigate and look into Q off to the concept thus hurting the movement.
I think this is spot on. It feels like he has an intentionally abrasive personality that would turn away most people, regardless of what the subject was. That way they can point to any ‘conspiracy theorist’ and associate them with AJ, and the vast majority of the population will immediately dismiss them.
I agree with this about Alex. I stopped looking at all things Alex Jones after 1/6
