I've been reading about the supernatural most of my 50+ years & had a lot of experiences in my younger days, and I totally agree with this.

fill your mind/spirit with thoughts of Jesus and nothing can bother you. it's the secret weapon, and why I believe it's so important for people to read the Q-Source section of the Bible (common material between Matthew and Luke) it's the Sayings of Jesus, so important material in that part of the Bible; Jesus has all the answers/is the way
